Sport Liverpool has over 50 competitive sports clubs, internal leagues, and excellent indoor and outdoor facilities. The Sports Centre is nestled in the heart of the campus and includes a swimming pool, sports halls, bouldering wall, dance and spinning studio, and squash courts. Football, rugby, hockey, and lacrosse pitches can be found at the university’s Wyncote Sports Ground. Students can access facilities for recreational purposes and also for competitive sport. Clubs compete in the British Universities and Colleges Sports (BUCS) leagues, where competitors travel across the country to represent the University in a variety of sports.
